HERE'S WHAT THE ARAPAHOE-HOLBROOK FFA CHAPTER HAS PLANNED FOR THIS EXCITING WEEK!
MONDAY: No School!
TUESDAY: Senior Spotlight!! Elementary classes also get to create posters for a poster contest.
WEDNESDAY: Ag Literacy Day! Connecting Chapters will go into K-4 classrooms to teach about Agriculture.
THURSDAY: End of the poster contest! Our FFA members will also be helping set up for the Troy Meyers benefit after school.
FRIDAY: Official Dress! Members wear your official dress to school. Arapahoe-Holbrook FFA will also be helping serve at the Troy Meyers benefit starting at 6 pm!
-The petting zoo will not be until April so it is a little warmer for our animals and members.

The Boys Basketball team loses 41-54 to a tough Alma team in the last Home game of the season.
They will play Southwest in Benkelman on Monday at 5:30 MT to start Subdistricts
As part of our FCCLA Week we had a coin challenge with the proceeds going to the elementary playground project. Thank you Mr. Perez and Mrs. Deisley for being willing participants in our pie in the face contest. The 5th and 7th grade class were the winners!

2023 Furnas County Spelling Bee Results
The school’s top spellers in the 5th-8th grades competed at the Furnas County Spelling Bee @ Southern Valley on Wednesday, February 15th.
Those competing included: Thomas Magorian, Ruby McCune Grace Andrews, Desi Farner, Wyatt Soncksen, Cydney Carlson, Natalie Breinig, Romalie Williamson, Amelia Blickenstaff, and Elizabeth Magorian.
All of the students represented very well!
Medalists included:
Thomas Magorian - 1st place in written round, 3rd place in oral round
Desi Farner - 5th place in written round
