Additional Information: Children must be 3 years of age on or before July 15th. Children enrolling in preschool are expected to be potty trained. Students already in AM Preschool this year will be automatically enrolled in afternoon preschool for next year unless you notify the school of a change in plans. Students are limited to 2 years of preschool at AHPS.


Arapahoe-Holbrook Public Schools will be having Kindergarten Kamp this year on Thursday, April 24th. All children who will be five years of age by July 31 st, 2025 are eligible for kindergarten by Nebraska state law and are encouraged to attend. If your child is not currently in our afternoon preschool but will be attending Kindergarten Kamp, please call the school (308-962-5458) and let us know. Thank you!


Due to conflicts, Spring Sports Pictures will be rescheduled to Wednesday, March 12 starting at 9:00 am.

We're celebrating Read Across America today! JH/HS students were on the lookout for Dr. Seuss cards in the hallway. They traded the cards for candy in the library where they shared their favorite book and why! Warrior Readers Are Leaders!







From Green Eggs and Ham, Horton Hears a Who, and The Cat in the Hat, to Wonder, Lord of the Flies, and Animal Farm, students have shared a variety of favorite books today!








Read Across America
Friday, February 28th
We are celebrating Read Across America Day Today!



Please sign up in the APS front office for the 2025 RepublicanValley Youth Forever Shooting Sports. Ages 8-18 can participate. Shooting Sports offer BB Gun, Archery, Air Rifle, .22 Rifle and Trap Shooting. Must register for shooting event through 4-h (4honline.com). APS high school students had a great time participating in this month's Warrior Time Game of Twister!




Our 5th and 6th graders are joining students from Cambridge and Southern Valley to participate in the Furnas County 4-H Healthy Habits Program today. Students rotate through six stations learning about making healthy nutritional choices.






The Elementary Quiz Bowl team competed in Alma yesterday. They had a fantastic day, going 3-1 and earning 3rd place! 🥉 Way to go Warriors! #warriorpride
