Create, Solve, and Innovate Lab (CSI)

The last two weeks we've had the annual ESU #11 CSI Lab and students have been having a great time creating, innovating, and problem-solving things w/ technology on the 9+ different stations as described below.

1. 3D Prototyping (1) – Use a 3D printer to make objects
2. 3D Prototyping (2) – Use a 3D printer to make objects
3. 3Doodler 3D Printing Pen Sets – Bring ideas to life in 3D using pens.
4. Electronics – Conduct electronics experiments culminating in a 2-wheeled robot
5. Pneumatics – Use air to make machines do the work (also applies to hydraulics)
6. Internet of Things – Make a Smart home that you can run from an Echo Dot or phone.
7. Graphic Design – Tell a story using the Cricut Explore Air 2 cutter
8. Virtual Reality – Tell a story in 3D using a 360-degree camera and view the story or have other unique experiences using the Oculus Meta Quest 2 headsets
9. Sphero RVR+ programmable robots (Total of 4) – Learn coding skills and computer science basics to program a robot.

Last week the juniors got to experiment with various techniques to separate a mixture.
