Fourth graders gave book talks today in Library. The purpose of a book talk is to get others interested in reading a book. We learned that good storytellers are successful in getting classmates to read their books!

The Warrior Cross Country team hosts their Home meet this afternoon at Arapahoe Municipal Golf Course. Come out and support the runners this afternoon at their only home meet of the season! It will be our biggest meet of the season so far with 16 teams attending.
AHPS is lucky to have dedicated Bd members who truly care about our system! 3 of them received @NASBonline awards tonight for achieving new professional development levels - Nancy Schutz, Erick Lee & Chad Carpenter. THANKS for all you do to help educate OUR KIDS!

Today 19 senior and junior FFA members got the opportunity to go to Husker Harvest Days in Wood River. These members all had a fun day seeing and experiencing the new technology in agriculture!
